IServe Residential Lending, an 18-state lender, this week announced that it has added seven new retail branch locations: three each in California and Washington state, and one in North Carolina.
The San Diego-based nonbank also said it appointed Gary Hoyer and Mark Loreto Northeast regional managers for the company. Prior to joining IServe, Hoyer was senior vice president of Proficio Mortgage Ventures. Loreto came to IServe from Sterling Eagle Mortgage Investment Co.
IServe, which was bought by National Asset Direct in June 2009, is a Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac, FHA and jumbo lender.
Its expansion comes at a time of declining interest rates, but amid worries that home values will continue to fall well into 2012.
