SG Premier Lending Group Inc., Santa Barbara, Calif., has ended its marketing relationship with RPM Mortgage and is now providing direct lending and mortgage brokerage services on both residential and commercial properties in California.
There are 12 loan officers plus support staff in two offices, Santa Barbara and San Mateo, which are moving over from RPM to join SG Premier Lending.
SG Premier Lending, a spokesman said, specializes in jumbo residential loans to high net worth borrowers, with sizes ranging from $750,000 to $1.2 million.
It is a part of SG Companies, whose co-founder Dovi Frances said he would increase its investment in the mortgage company over the next 12 months. It loans on both primary and vacation homes and even aircraft and yachts. A sister company is SG Private Wealth Advisors LLC.
"We want to reach a point where our platform of lending partners is broad enough that no matter what the client's needs are, we can provide a solution," Frances said.
