Flagstar Bancorp, Troy, Mich., this week named Henry Darakhovskiy senior vice president and manager of balance sheet management portfolios.

He joins the mortgage lender/servicer from Branch Banking & Trust where he served as a senior vice president and head of mortgage servicing rights portfolio management.

In his new position he will be responsible for developing balance sheet strategies, covering MSRs, and the available for sale (AFS) investment portfolio.

Among residential servicers, Flagstar ranks 19^th nationwide with MSRs of $65 billion, according to figures compiled by the Quarterly Data Report.
