Total Mortgage Services, a fast growing New England nonbank lender, has hired Michael Dimech as its new operations chief.

Dimech joins the company from Wells Fargo Home Mortgage where he served as sales and loan administration manager.
At WFHM he was in charge of overseeing Wells Fargo's residential home loan processors and branches throughout Connecticut and Massachusetts. (TMS is based in Milford, Conn.)
During his career he also has worked at CitiMortgage.
After a year of planning, TMS recently launched a wholesale division, and hopes to be table funding in 45 states by the end of 2011.
