In a report released Wednesday, Trepp indicated this brought the percentage to its second lowest point for the year. However, the research company also noted that May’s percentage was still about the 12-month moving average of 55.3%.

Trepp also found recently that there has been a slight rise in 30-plus day CMBS delinquencies.
