Two Sales Associates Quit at eWarehouseOne

Two sales associates for eWarehouseOne have resigned over the past few weeks, including industry veteran Henry Brandt.

According to a source close to Brandt, he left the company after only two weeks and then went on vacation. The other sales associate who left the firm is Jerry Walters, who worked in Florida.

Walters could not be reached for comment.

Anthony Simich, a warehouse division sales manager for the privately held company, confirmed that Walters resigned. As for Brandt he said the sales associate “may have quit; he has not formally resigned.”

In a recent interview with National Mortgage News, Simich said eWarehouseOne has $3 billion in commitments, a figure disputed by several warehouse lending veterans interviewed by this newspaper.

In a new email to NMN Simich commented only on Brandt and Walters, but said he has been “asked by Corporate to refrain at this time.”

He added: “Know this: I am here for our customers and the industry as a whole.” And he said “My division of eWarehouseOne is funding loans.” Simich is based in Newport Beach, Calif.
