Washington REIT Appoints EVP/CIO

Christopher P. Mundy has been appointed executive vice president and chief investment officer of Washington Real Estate Investment Trust, Rockville, Md.Mr. Mundy was most recently EVP of strategic planning and operations at Equity Office Properties Trust, where he supervised five regional business units in the Eastern United States from 2000 to 2004. Before that, he spent nine years in EOP's Washington, D.C., office, most recently as senior vice president of the Eastern Division.
