Yay me!

I've had a virtual assistant for a number of years for my training business, but no help with my origination business. This is something I've struggled with, as I know many of you do as well. Here are a few of my struggles as I've gone down this road:

  • How to find the right person. I don't want someone that will want to originate on their own after I train them. Personality is priority. Ability to learn and attention to detail important as well
  • How much to pay, bonus etc.  
  • Licensed or not?
  • How do I keep them busy without it sucking the life out of me?
  • What tasks?
