Regulators Are Getting Reports of Arrested Licensees

It is apparently now routine for law enforcement to report those people if they are a licensee who are arrested and charged with a crime to various regulatory agencies including the California Bureau of Real Estate, I have heard.

If anyone is arrested who is licensed by their state or if they have a Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System identification number that person should contact their attorney both for the arrest charges and for what they can do to protect their license to broker or fund mortgages and for that matter to list and sell real property.
