It's that time of year again! I like planning, goal setting and working on business. Call me weird. I am doing some things now to prepare for my 2014
1. Gathering year-to-date information about:
- Referrals and where those referrals came from
- Closed loan referral source
- Marketing expenses and categories
2. Making a master list of marketing ideas:
- Current marketing strategies and costs
- Future marketing ideas and costs
- I am also researching different programs I may want to implement and the costs associated.
3. Working on improving processes
I have been gathering ideas from the two mastermind groups I belong to in order to be as efficient as possible and to have as many marketing touches as possible during the loan process
4. Brainstorming with my assistant
- How can she bring in business?
- How can we optimize her time?
- What additional marketing can she take the lead on?
My goal is to be very focused on the right activities so my business grows even though 2014 is going to have challenges and many loan officers will struggle with their production. It's all about the planning and then implementing!
