Yay me!

I've had a virtual assistant for a number of years for my training business, but no help with my origination business. This is something I've struggled with, as I know many of you do as well. Here are a few of my struggles as I've gone down this road:

  • How to find the right person. I don't want someone that will want to originate on their own after I train them. Personality is priority. Ability to learn and attention to detail important as well
  • How much to pay, bonus etc.  
  • Licensed or not?
  • How do I keep them busy without it sucking the life out of me?
  • What tasks?  

I will blog about this journey to hopefully help those of you that are looking to hire an assistant. Let me know if you have any specific questions about this topic.

Yes, I would be looking to hire let me know if your process (virtual assistant) works outl, and better yet what you would look for in qualifications..

My biggest concern, is that an assistant disclose correctly - particularly on refinances. Ideas? It's hard to let go, when I know that yours truly has a high success ratio. I'm working too hard and turning down business.
