Arbor Selected for Fannie Mae Seniors Multifamily Program

Arbor Commercial Mortgage in Uniondale, N.Y., has been selected by Fannie Mae as a lender for its program for multifamily housing for seniors.

Arbor's subsidiary Arbor Commercial Funding was chosen as a Fannie Mae Seniors Housing Delegated Underwriting and Servicing lender. Arbor was already an existing lender in Fannie Mae's conventional multifamily housing program.

"We look forward to seeing Arbor bring our customized and flexible financing solutions to its seniors housing clients," Phyllis Klein, vice president of borrower relationships at Fannie Mae, said in a news release.

Arbor becomes the 17^thlender to join Fannie Mae's program for seniors multifamily housing.
