The median price for single-family homes sold in April increased in both Cuyahoga County suburbs and Cleveland.
Overall, the median home price was $120,000 last month, up from $112,500 in April 2018, marking the highest level since the end of last summer's buying season in September, cleveland.com found.

The price increase was 7% from last April, according to the cleveland.com analysis, which excluded sheriff's deed transactions and any sales under $1,000.
For just the suburbs, the median price increased 4% from $136,250 in April 2018 to $141,600 last month.
In Cleveland, the median price was up 31% from $37,000 to $48,500.
