Spokane County home sales held steady in February

The Spokane County, Wash., median home price continued to rise, but sales held steady in February, according to the Spokane Association of Realtors.

The median closing price in the county increased 12.5% in February to $269,900, compared to $239,950 in February 2019.

More than 407 single-family homes and condominiums on less than 1 acre sold in February, compared with 406 homes a year prior.

The county's housing inventory shortage persisted in February, with 444 properties on the market, representing a 1.1-month supply. A healthy housing market has a six-month supply of homes.
