Patty Arvielo

Patty Arvielo, a first generation Latina, reached out of her immediate circle and comfort zone to break into the housing industry when she had no previous experience. Starting at the bottom, she diligently worked her way up. Now, thirty-five years later, she is a nationally recognized business woman leading her own company; employing over 2,300 individuals and over 120 branches across the nation. She is influencing the entire industry in terms of lending policy, promoting Hispanic homeownership and rallying for the upward mobility of women in the workplace overall.
