AFLN Names Kozeny Interim CEO and President

The board of directors of the American Legal Financial Network, St. Louis, said that William LeRoy has resigned as CEO and president of the ALFN in order to pursue other opportunities.

The board named Wes Kozeny as the interim CEO and president. The change is effective immediately.

The board has commenced a search for a permanent CEO and president.

Kozeny has concentrated primarily in representing the mortgage banking industry since 1987 in the areas of creditors' rights, title litigation, foreclosures, bankruptcy, evictions, condemnation and mechanic's liens.

He is a co-founder of the ALFN, an industry nonprofit trade organization with 167 law firm members nationwide.
