All American Home Mortgage is strengthening its presence in Las Vegas
As part of the acquisition, All American, a subsidiary of Tri-Star Management, Inc., welcomed six new employees. Joe Page and Lynn Jabs joined the company as senior mortgage bankers. Garrett Smith, RaeAnna Anderson and Savannah Horvath assumed roles as mortgage bankers, while Tammy Smith joined as a senior loan processor, the Henderson, Nevada-based company announced in a press release Tuesday.
"This acquisition represents another important step in our growth strategy and strengthens our ability to deliver concierge-level service to both clients and mortgage professionals," said Scott Allan, president and CEO of Tri-Star Management. "We are excited to welcome such a talented group of professionals whose experience, integrity and commitment to customer service align perfectly with our mission."
The new team holds decades of combined experience across mortgage lending, loan processing, real estate and customer service. Page, a Navy veteran, has a background in lending, real estate and construction, and Jabs brings more than 20 years of expertise and national leadership in veteran housing advocacy, the release said.
Garrett Smith contributes nearly six years of lending experience and will operate out of Gig Harbor, Washington, while Tammy Smith's more than 20 years of processing experience will help All American further strengthen its operations and borrower support, according to the release.
Established in 2003, All American is a full-service mortgage banker operating in Nevada, California, Utah, Arizona, Idaho, Washington, Colorado, Texas, Tennessee, Georgia, South Carolina and Florida. The addition of these employees enhances All American's ability to serve borrowers in the Las Vegas area and beyond, while continuing to provide lending solutions tailored to the needs of local communities, the company said.
Liberty, headquartered in Independence, Ohio, is licensed in 46 states, with plans for future expansion in New York and Missouri.
