Gary Carlson, a founder of Eagle Home Mortgage in Bellevue, Wash., has joined Mason McDuffie Mortgage Corp. as a senior vice president.
Carlson will be based in the Seattle area and will oversee production and development of a branch network across the Western United States.
Mason McDuffie Mortgage is based in San Ramon, Calif., and is a privately held mortgage banking firm.
He started in the mortgage industry in 1983.
