Due diligence provider Clayton Holdings LLC, Shelton, Conn., has hired Robert A. Harris as the firm’s new general counsel.
Harris, a 25-year veteran of the legal profession, will be responsible for “all legal and regulatory aspects” of the vendor’s businesses.
He will report directly to company chief executive Paul Bossidy.
During his career, Harris has worked for OpHedge Investment Services LLC, and the law firm of Zeldes, Needle & Cooper.
