DataQuick Introduces New Title Analytics Tool

DataQuick has developed an advanced title analysis tool that enables users to better understand market changes and adjust their business strategies accordingly.

The title analysis and reporting tool taps into DataQuick’s national property database to provide the most up-to-date title information to title companies and other users looking for ways to “measure market share, examine competitor behavior, observe underlying marketing conditions and better manage lender and title partner relationships,” the company said.

According to DataQuick president John Walsh, “The key to this new title centric offering” is DataQuick’s extensive national property database that includes crucial information on more than 120 million properties and 250 million property transactions.

In addition, DataQuick’s Market Intelligence TitleShare analyzes mortgage title transaction data and lending trends using property, sale and mortgage information based on business intelligence options that allow title insurance companies to easily access title policy statistics, create customized analyses and dashboards, and generate title reports and access business and marketing intelligence.

It enables users to measure market share, examine competitor behavior and observe underlying market conditions, which ultimately help improve lender and title partner relationships, DataQuick said.

“Market shifts and increased regulatory scrutiny has markedly impacted the title insurance industry in recent years,” Walsh says, making it imperative for decision-makers to have access to key metrics and dashboards.

Technology helps users adjust to regulatory and other market changes “such as the current transition from a refinance to a purchase-driven real estate market,” Walsh added.
