Freddie Mac has formed a partnership with the Lenders One Mortgage co-operative to give its members benefits on pricing and in other areas.

For Lenders One members that also qualify as Freddie Mac sellers and servicers, they will be able to receive pricing and execution benefits, enhanced access to mortgage products and professional training and development opportunities, according to a Wednesday news release.

The partnership is intended to help Lenders One's members "reach more eligible borrowers, achieve new efficiencies in the origination process and build strong, competitive businesses," Chris Boyle, Freddie's senior vice president of single family sales and relationship management, said in the release.

Lenders One, in St. Louis, is an alliance of independent mortgage bankers, correspondent lenders and suppliers of mortgage products and services.
