Barry Alan Moore has been named to the newly created post of executive vice president of marketing at GMAC Commercial Holding Corp., Horsham, Pa.Mr. Moore, a 24-year veteran of the commercial real estate and finance industry, joined GMACCM in 1993 and was most recently president of the company's European operations, the company said.
