She has experience in all facets of real estate lending including commercial, residential, multifamily and construction.
Previously, Head served as senior managing director for First Republic Bank in Walnut Creek, Calif.
Prior to that she spent more than 20 years at the Bank of Walnut Creek serving as executive vice president in the real estate division.
