Interactive Mortgage Advisors, LLC has been hired to sell a full service mortgage banking firm – including production, servicing and insurance units – but is keeping the identity of the company a secret, at least for now.
Instead, IMA is calling the auction 'Project Jaguar” and will only tell bidders the firm's name once they sign a non-disclosure agreement.
The company in question is roughly 10 years old and has full Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac/GNMA seller/servicer approvals. It has licenses to lend in 22 states.
IMA is based in Denver. The firm offers servicing related services including brokerage and evaluations. It has affiliates that play in the nonperforming loan market as well.
