Ledbetter joins SNR Denton from Freddie Mac where she was most recently vice president and deputy general counsel.
She previously served in several senior positions at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.
At Freddie Mac, she advised senior officers and business clients on the legal and strategic implications of a wide variety of complex business, regulatory and legislative initiatives that affected Freddie Mac, its financial institution customers and other constituents.
