Move Inc., Campbell, Calif., appointed John Robison as chief technology officer.

As chief technology officer, Robison assumes responsibility for the company's entire technology organization including search platform and front end engineering.

He is also charged with setting Move's technology agenda, and leading all elements of the company's strategic and tactical technology development.

Robison most recently served as vice president, DVD product development at Netflix Inc., in Los Gatos, Calif.
