DES MOINES

LenderClose has hired Allen Jingst as senior vice president of sales and Wes Peterson as as relationship manager.

Jingst most recently served as director of sales for Dwolla, a Des Moines-based payments platform active in the fintech startup community.

Peterson joins LenderClose from the Iowa Finance Authority where he served as director of government relations, advocating for the passage or rejection of legislation on behalf of the agency and the Iowa governor's office.

NEW JERSEY

FORT LEE

Hudson United Mortgage Services has hired Brenda Cho as a loan officer.

Cho, who brings to the firm a background in account and customer relationship management, began her professional career in the San Francisco Bay Area as a scientist.

Hudson United has also hired Zoraya Arguelles as a senior loan officer in its Elmsford, N.Y., office.

Arguelles brings to the firm over 22 years of experience in the mortgage industry and will serve Westchester and the Bronx.

CHARLOTTE

Keith Medlin will rejoin Grandbridge Real Estate Capital's Charlotte production office as a vice president of origination, effective May 1.

Medlin originally joined Grandbridge in 2007 and was a member of Charlotte production's analyst team from 2011 through 2014.

He then transferred to Grandbridge's proprietary lending platform, BB&T Real Estate Funding, where his roles included sourcing, underwriting, and closing commercial and multifamily loans throughout the U.S.

TENNESSEE

MEMPHIS

The Tennessee Mortgage Bankers Association has installed Jeff Tucker as president of the association for its 2019-2020 term. Retta Gardner recently completed her term, and will remain on the TNMBA board of directors one more year as immediate past president.

Serving with Tucker on the TNMBA leadership team this year are President-Elect Karley Bond of Regions Mortgage in Jackson, Vice President Eric Fellows of New American Funding in Franklin and Secretary/Treasurer Debbie Gadberry of Guaranty Trust Co. in Nashville.

Tucker is the senior vice president and mortgage relationship manager for Studio Bank in Nashville. He has 22 years of experience in the profession having served in similar roles at Pinnacle Financial Partners, Avenue Bank and Reliant Bank.
