Prashant has more than 25 years of mortgage, auto lending and personal finance industry experience.
In this role, he will oversee the management and growth of Tavant's global consumer lending efforts, including North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

The Mortgage Bankers Association has nominated Kristy Fercho, EVP, president of mortgage at Flagstar Bank, to serve as vice chairman for the 2020 membership year. She is expected to be installed at the association's 106th Annual Convention this October in Austin, Texas.
Fercho currently serves as a member of the MBA's board of directors and sits on its audit committee.
She joined Flagstar Bank in 2017 after 15 years with Fannie Mae, where she served as senior vice president, customer delivery executive.

London brings 38 years of experience as a mortgage professional to her work at Republic.
Most recently, she was with Homeowners Financial as a regional manager, and prior to Homeowners was president of Houston Capital Mortgage for 21 years.
