LERETA, a national real estate tax and flood services provider, has promoted Jim McGurer to senior vice president of tax operations.

McGurer joined LERETA five years ago. Prior to joining LERETA, he was a vice president at Chase Home Lending for 19 years and previously spent five years in escrow administration at Huntington National Bank.

Interfirst Mortgage Co. said that Mike Tague has rejoined the company as vice president, Western division production for the wholesale channel.

Tague brings 30 years of mortgage industry experience and has spent 25 years building sales teams, expanding branch operations and growing existing markets in the wholesale channel.

During his career, Tague has held the position of vice President of wholesale at numerous lenders including The Money Source, Peoples Home Equity, Ethos Lending and Finance of America Mortgage.

Total Expert has hired Kevin Dotzenrod as vice president of engineering and Laura Theodore as vice president of customer success.

Dotzenrod brings to the firm a background in software development and technical architecture and has led engineering and technology teams at Target, Amazon and Dow Jones.

Theodore joins Total Expert with more than 14 years of industry experience and most recently served as general manager at StreetSmart and as senior director of global support services at ClickSoftware.

Indecomm Global Services said that Narayan Bharadwaj has joined the company as senior vice president of automation.

Bharadwaj has over 27 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry with a concentration on consumer lending.

His career spans executive leadership positions in technology companies serving the banking industry such as Cognizant Technology Solutions, Wipro Gallagher Solutions and Docutech Corp.

Melanie Feliciano has joined Garris Horn LLP, a virtual law firm focused on financial regulation.

Feliciano, who brings over 15 years of mortgage industry experience, joins the firm's leadership team as partner.

She previously served as chief legal officer for DocMagic, a company in which she also served as assistant general counsel.
