ComplianceEase has named Sheila Meagher senior vice president of sales and client success, following the promotion of her predecessor, Dan Smith, to senior vice president of government relations.

In this new role, Smith will be responsible for expanding the adoption of ComplianceEase software and ancillary services at government agencies and regulators.

Meagher brings to the company more than 20 years of industry experience and was previously vice president of national sales at Pro Teck Valuation, a provider of residential real estate property valuations for mortgage originators, servicers and investors.

CONNECTICUT

Donna Edwards has been named chief human resources officer at Planet Home Lending, a national lender and servicer.

Edwards will manage recruiting, compensation, benefits and training, as well as HR information systems and analytics.

Before joining Planet Home Lending, she was chief human resources officer at Caliber Home Loans, and director of compensation and HR information systems at Dal-Tile.

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler has hired Greg Gaughan as a director focused on debt and equity placement transactions in its Atlanta office.

Gaughan has more than 12 years of capital markets experience and joins HFF from Grandbridge Capital, where he was most recently an assistant vice president/loan originator.

OKLAHOMA

Gateway Mortgage Group has named Jacquelyn Pardue director of purchasing and vendor management.

In this role, she will be responsible for overseeing vendor relationship issues for all business channels and service providers.

Prior to joining Gateway, Pardue was the COO at AgileOne Solutions where she managed and maintained relationships with clients as well as oversaw all vendors.

WISCONSIN

MADISON

Guild Mortgage, has expanded in the Midwest with two offices in Wisconsin. The company has opened a branch in Madison and a satellite office Baraboo, which are its first locations in the state.

Guild's Madison branch is led by branch managers Dave Grauwels and Ryan Smith, who together have been serving the local community for almost 40 years.

The Madison team includes loan officer Joseph Long. Sales manager Josey Cabaj will work out of a new office in Baraboo. The team joins Guild Mortgage after more than 10 years with Waterstone Mortgage Corp.
