First Community Mortgage has named Tracey Retzer vice president of its wholesale and correspondent divisions.

Retzer, who brings to the company over 15 years of experience in banking and the mortgage industry, previously served as regional operations manager at loanDepot.

Mortgage Network Inc. said that Michael McSharry has joined the company's Boston branch as a mortgage loan officer.

His career in the mortgage industry began 20 years ago working for a brokerage in Abington and later for Metlife Home Loans in Braintree.

Cenlar FSB said that Walter Mullen has joined the firm as corporate development officer.

Prior to joining Cenlar, he was the chief strategy officer of Title Resource Group, now Realogy Title Group.

Before that, Mullen held executive and management roles at Cendant and GE Capital.

Mortgage Contracting Services has hired Jason Myers as vice president of business development.

He brings more than 17 years of mortgage and real estate sales and business development experience to MCS.

Myers joins MCS from Xome where he was the vice president of enterprise sales and performance. Before that, he was the senior vice president of business development and national sales director for Five Star Global.
