Sabal Capital Partners has named Allison Toy head of CRE underwriting, William Sampson head of CRE securitization, Brandon Goldschmidt director CRE originations and Kurt Clauss as an associate.

Toy, who will be based in New York, most recently served as director of CRE capital markets and finance for Wells Fargo Securities.

Sampson, who will also be based in New York, previously served as executive director of Morgan Stanley & Co. International’s EMEA commercial real estate credit group, as well as executive director and head of securitization underwriting for Morgan Stanley's CMBS group.

Goldschmidt, who will be based in Los Angeles, most recently held a loan originations position with Ladder Capital Finance (Situs).

Clauss, who will be based in New York, most recently served as associate director in Cushman & Wakefield's commercial real estate valuation and advisory group.

San Diego

Rutledge Claims Management Inc. has promoted Aubrey Gilmore to chief operations officer.

Gilmore joined Rutledge Claims Management in 2008, starting out in the company's law office, Rutledge & Associates.

Prior to her current role, Gilmore served as a claims manager in the company's San Diego office.

Prior to joining LenderClose, she worked as a programmer for IMT Insurance, a provider of personal and commercial insurance products.

Greystone has hired Tyler Armstrong as a managing director with its seniors housing lending team.

Armstrong brings to Greystone over 11 years of experience in the seniors housing lending industry.

Prior to joining Greystone, he was a senior vice president with BOK Financial. In addition to Bank of Oklahoma, he previously held roles at Guaranty Bank/BBVA Compass and Arbor Commercial Mortgage.

North Carolina

Winston-Salem

Truliant Federal Credit Union has named Beth Eller to the newly created role of vice president of Truliant Mortgage Services.

Eller's mortgage lending career began in the late 1990s with BB&T as a regional mortgage manager.

Most recently, she was Citizens One area manager for the Carolinas and Eastern Tennessee.
