Planet Home Lending has named Muthu Srinivasan as its new chief technology officer and Jeffrey Ratter has joined the company as chief information officer.

Previously, Srinivasan was vice president, enterprise data management at Impac Mortgage Corp., director of technology service delivery for loanDepot and vice president of technology at Stearns Lending.

Ratter previously served as senior vice president of information technology at Stearns Lending, and prior to that was CIO of Impac Mortgage Corp.

Patrick Keenan has been named senior vice president and director of mortgage sales at WSFS Mortgage, a division of WSFS Bank.

Keenan joins WSFS from Wells Fargo Home Mortgage where for 15 years he led and developed teams that partnered with banking, wealth and commercial teams.

He began his career in 1983 at The Bryn Mawr Trust Co. where he conceived the business model that resulted in the launch of the BMT Mortgage Co.

LoanDepot has opened two retail locations on Oahu and Maui, which will be led by Jason Martinson and Dawn Robinson Naya.

Martinson comes to loanDepot with 20 years of experience gained at local branches of Bank of Hawaii, Central Pacific Bank, Hawaii HomeLoans Inc., Countrywide and HomeStreet Bank.

Robinson Naya has worked in Hawaii's mortgage industry for the past 26 years in origination and sales management positions for companies such as Homebridge Financial (HomeStreet Bank).

The Maui retail location also welcomes loan consultant Kim Kawachi, who previously served with HomeStreet Bank and Wells Fargo on Maui.

Bowery Valuation has named Nicole Urquhart-Bradley as head of strategy and the head of Bowery's new Washington, D.C., office.

She brings more than 30 years of commercial appraisal experience to the company, most recently as the president of valuation and advisory for the Americas at Cushman & Wakefield.

Mike Ferguson has been named fund officer of the Sortis Income Fund, a real estate mortgage fund managed by Sortis Holdings Inc.

With more than 20 years of experience, Ferguson oversees the fund's loan operations and portfolio management.

For three years, he served as a senior analyst with Iron Bridge Lending. Following Iron Bridge Lending, Ferguson was a senior credit officer at Northwest Bank.
