Jan Garrett-Walker has been named vice president for product development at PMI Mortgage Insurance Co., Walnut Creek, Calif.Ms. Garrett-Walker joined PMI as a marketing manager, and was named a director of structured transactions and capital markets in 1998. She was previously a secondary market officer at First Nationwide Bank and assistant vice president for product development at North American Mortgage.
