Laffey Fine Homes International, based in Greenville, N.Y., has been selected to join the RealtyTrac Network, a licensed network that provides real estate brokerage companies robust data about their local markets.
Laffey Fine Homes is a full-service real estate agency with three affiliated companies offering title insurance and mortgage services. The agency has a network of over 600 agents in 16 locations across Long Island and Queens.
According to a press release, Laffey Fine Homes closes on over $1 billion of home sales annually.
“Laffey Fine Homes International has attained a significant share of the Long Island residential market in excess of $1 million, reinforcing the agency’s leading industry position and making it a good fit for our network,” said Jamie Moyle, CEO of RealtyTrac.
As a member of
RTN members obtain U.S. housing information and data such as property-level data for sales, loan information, property characteristics and foreclosure details, along with more than 20 local and neighborhood factors through Homefacts.com.
“The bottom line for me on joining the RealtyTrac Network is this is going to help my firm grow dramatically into the future. Not just to sell more homes or just be high profile in my marketplace. But also to attract other Realtors or agents to work for my firm,” said Emmett Laffey, CEO of Laffey Fine Homes International.
“It’s another opportunity to keep my firm appealing to new agents and show our existing 600 brokers that the Laffey organization is the most valuable real estate company in the marketplace.”
