Stonegate Mortgage Corp. has opened a new branch in Brandon, Fla., that will provide origination, acquisition, sales, financing and servicing of U.S. residential mortgage loans in Brandon, Clearwater and the greater Tampa Bay area.
It marks another step in the Indianapolis-based firm’s
Sales manager Jennifer Martinez, one of Stonegate’s top producing loan officers with 12 years of industry experience in various areas of the market from origination to short sales, rate modifications, foreclosure and bankruptcy, will lead the new team.
Another three experienced mortgage professionals with a combined 40 years in the industry will join Martinez in Brandon.
According to area manager, Chris Dallas, the new branch adds another strategic asset and people who are expected to further develop the firm’s services in that area.
Stonegate’s stated goal is to focus on providing mortgage finance solutions within its retail network and enhancing relationships across the mortgage industry.
