Lereta, a real estate tax firm in Covina, Calif., has acquired Industry Consulting Group, a property tax services company with offices in Dallas and Wichita Falls, Texas.

The financial terms of the deal were not announced. The purchase will expand Lereta's tax services offerings, and Lereta intends to continue operations at ICG.
ICG provides tax reporting and valuation services for a variety of industries, including mortgage servicing, manufactured housing, default services and energy.
Lareta offers tax reporting and auditing services, as well as flood zone determination certifications.
