Xerox Mortgage Services will change its name as it becomes a part of Conduent, the company that will incorporate Xerox's business process outsourcing division.
The move to Conduent will be effective in January of next year, a Xerox spokeswoman said. The division will be renamed Conduent Mortgage Services following the transition, but no other changes to its operations are expected.
The plan to separate into two companies was announced in January. On Thursday, Xerox released the spin-off's branding, including a new logo and color scheme.
