What works for one loan officer won't work exactly for another, but we can all learn from each other. With that in mind, here is a Realtor marketing plan that one of my coaching clients recently shared with me.

Current Realtors in database

A's or A+'s

    Call them every other Wednesday

    Drop off cupcake for their birthday

    Deliver pop by to local ones every two weeks

    Send quarterly item of value to them

B's

    Call them once a month

    Call them on their birthday

    Deliver pop by to local ones every two weeks

    Send quarterly item of value to them

C's or D's

    Send an email to them to see if they would ever consider sending a client your way. If no response or you get a no, then remove them from the list

Listing Agents

    Create a follow up campaign in Cimmeron for all good listing agents.

    Send thank you note after closing

    Schedule a call every two weeks

    Request a meeting for coffee

    Include in pop by's if local

New Agents

    Send power note after initial meeting

    Add them to "Nice to Meet You" campaign

    Set up meeting for coffee or lunch

    Convert to either A, A+, or B, if C or D - Delete
