I had an interesting discussion with Darlene, one of my coaching clients, about what makes one loan officer highly successful and another fail miserably. Darlene mentioned something she heard years ago:
“From mortgage managers to investment people what you do now will depend on what you do in 18 months. I have actually followed this and it is true.”
Eighteen months from yesterday is Valentines Day, 2014. How many loans will you be closing that month? Think about what it will take to reach those numbers and start taking action today. Plan now to be that loan officer who is highly successful.
