PlainsCapital Corp. subsidiary PrimeLending is expanding its closing cost assistance program to all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
The NeighborhoodEdge program
The program is available to low- and moderate-income homebuyers for home purchases. The amount received is based on the buyer's income and the location of the property in question.
"We're thrilled about the expansion of this program," Latonia Donaldson, PrimeLending's vice president and director of multicultural lending, said in a Dec. 1 news release. "Now that it will be available in all states, the dream of owning a home will be able to become a reality for many Americans who need some extra support."
