Corporate Office Properties Trust, a real estate investment trust based in Columbia, Md., has priced an offering of 3.0 million shares of 7.625% series J cumulative redeemable preferred stock at $25 per share.The issue is expected to produce gross proceeds of $72.4 million, the office REIT said. The underwriters were granted an option to buy up to 450,000 additional shares to cover any overallotments. Wachovia Capital Markets LLC was the book-running manager of the issue.
