CoreLogic has released a new mobile application that provides access to property data and analytics.
The new RealQuest App features information from nearly all property records in the U.S. The app is an extension of the new RealQuest desktop application, which features all of the same information available on the mobile app as well as building permit and homeowners association reports.
To use the app, real estate professionals must have a RealQuest subscription. Currently, the app is only available for Apple devices.
"Given the growth of millennial household formation and their technology preferences, it's critical for mortgage professionals, real estate agents, appraisers and investors to have cutting-edge, on-the-go technology that gives them a competitive edge," Shaleen Khatod, senior vice president of data solutions at CoreLogic, said in a news release.
The RealQuest app provides information on foreclosure status, property value, property ownership, transaction history and nearby sales. Users can search for information by address or owner name or by using a map.
