Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp. is rolling out a new mobile application.
Called FairwayNOW, the app allows consumers to apply for a loan, scan documents with their phone's camera and get updates on their loan status through real-time push notifications. Consumer can also calculate their monthly payments with different loan scenarios in the app.
Additionally, the app also one-click call and text capabilities designed to facilitate communication during the loan process. Fairway claims the app should allow consumers to apply for a loan in less than 10 minutes and to close their loan in as few as 10 days.
"Fairway is dedicated to providing speed of service with consistent communication to our clients," Steve Jacobson, founder and CEO of Fairway, said in a news release. "We want customers to be able to close when they want, so why not offer a solution that allows them flexibility in closing."
