Winston Hotels Inc., a real estate investment trust based in Raleigh, N.C., has announced the pricing of a public offering of 2.4 million shares of common stock at $11.75 per share.The sole bookrunner of the offering was Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co., and Raymond James & Associates was the co-lead manager.
