Red Capital Markets, Columbus, Ohio, said that Tracy Peters has joined the National Housing & Rehabilitation Association board of directors.

NH&RA is a professional association of individuals who are experts in their fields and are involved in affordable housing, historic rehabilitation and new markets tax credit development.
Peters serves on Red's leadership committee and co-heads its affordable housing group.
He joined Red's predecessor entity in 1993 as a specialist in structuring bond underwriting and placement issues for apartment projects enhanced primarily with FHA mortgage insurance/GNMA MBS or Fannie Mae MBS.
