SL Green Realty Corp., a New York-based real estate investment trust, has priced a public offering of 2.5 million shares of common stock, for estimated net proceeds of $269.4 million.The office REIT said it plans to use the proceeds to fund future investment activity and pay down its credit facility. Lehman Brothers, the sole underwriter for the offering, has been granted an option to buy up to 250,000 additional shares of the stock to cover any overallotments.
